2000 AD
I’m often asked why I enjoy drawing 2000AD characters so much. The answer is simple: they’re just so damn cool!
From Judge Dredd to Strontium Dog to Rogue Trooper, these characters are some of the most iconic and memorable in all of British comic history. They represent a unique blend of sci-fi, action, and satire that is both thrilling and thought-provoking.
What I love most about 2000AD characters is their visual style. They’re often exaggerated and larger-than-life, with bold lines and dynamic poses that really capture the essence of the character. And with so many different characters to choose from, there’s always something new and exciting to draw.
But it’s not just the visuals that draw me to 2000AD characters. Their stories are often complex and layered, with social commentary and political satire woven into the fabric of the narrative. They tackle big issues like justice, morality, and power in a way that is both entertaining and insightful.
